The Xiaomi Mi Power Strip (XMCXB01QM) is a conventional mains extension strip with integrated USB charging. Despite legacy catalog wording that calls it a “smart” socket, Xiaomi’s official specification for this exact model does not include Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth or app control.

The strip provides three AC outlets plus three USB charging ports. Xiaomi’s official product specification rates the European-market XMCXB01QM at 16 A, 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz, with a maximum load of 3680 W. The USB section provides 5 V output with up to 3.1 A total and up to 2.1 A from a single USB port.

The product includes overload protection that disconnects power when current exceeds the permitted limit. It is intended as a power-distribution and charging accessory rather than a networked smart-home controller.

Official Xiaomi data lists dimensions of 268 × 50 × 38 mm, a 1.4 m cable and a weight of 443 g including the cable. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 35°C.

There is no evidence for Mi Home / Xiaomi Home pairing on XMCXB01QM. The current legacy specification profile itself says “WiFi: No” and “is smart device: no”, which agrees with Xiaomi’s official page.
