Aqara Remote Control

The Aqara Vibration Sensor is a compact Zigbee motion-event sensor designed to detect vibration, movement and changes in orientation. It can be attached to objects such as windows, drawers, cabinets or valuables so a compatible hub can use those events for alerts and automations.

The model is DJT11LM. Aqara’s manual specifies Zigbee connectivity, CR2032 battery power and a 36 × 36 × 9 mm body. The sensor itself does not connect to Wi-Fi; a compatible Zigbee hub is required.

DJT11LM can be used with Mi Home/Mijia through a compatible Zigbee gateway. As with older Aqara Zigbee devices, Mi Home compatibility depends on the specific gateway and account region. Current Aqara global product positioning may favor Aqara Home, so a buyer building around Xiaomi Home should verify that their hub supports DJT11LM.

This product is a vibration sensor rather than a remote control. Pack-size variants in available configurationss are simply multiple identical sensors.

For reliable automations, pair the sensor with the gateway that will remain in the installation and confirm that it appears in the selected Mi Home region. Zigbee sensors depend on the hub for remote alerts, history and scene triggers. Placement should prioritize the event being detected and stable radio coverage; multi-packs simply provide additional independent sensors for other locations.

A sensor becomes most useful when its event is tied to a clear response: a phone alert, a lighting scene, a security routine or another supported automation. Test the trigger after installation and again after moving the gateway. Battery status should also be monitored in the app where available, since a silent or unreachable sensor cannot provide reliable protection or automation input.
